  • 4 scoop whey protein
  • 78.78 ml natural-style peanut butter
  • 14.79 ml unsweetened cocoa
  • 100 ml water (more if needed)
  • sugar substitute (to taste)

directions

  • Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  • Slowly add in the water, mixing well until a thick, gloopy consistency.
  • Spoon into a cake tin and pop in the freezer until ready to eat.
