I found this recipe on JAG's Fitness Blog. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks really good.
- 4 scoops whey protein
- 1⁄3 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 100 ml water (more if needed)
- sugar substitute (to taste)
- Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Slowly add in the water, mixing well until a thick, gloopy consistency.
- Spoon into a cake tin and pop in the freezer until ready to eat.
