I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. It was posted by Jennifer B.
- 16 ounces peanut butter
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 8 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup dry milk
- Mix well. Roll into balls (about 1 inch). And keep in the fridge.
- I put mine in a rubbermaid deviled egg container in the fridge.
These taste really yummy and really are just taste like p.b. I used vanilla protein powder but I"m sure any flavor would work with this recipe. I would suggest refrigerating the mix b/f shaping into balls or even freezing for a bit. I made mine at night and kept them on a cookie sheet overnight in the freezer. In the a.m. I just slipped them all in a quart size zip-lock baggie. Even frozen they're edible as they never really harden. Very Tasty and a great way to get your protein for us vegetarians:-)
