These are a great snack! I use Optimum Nutritions 'Vanilla Ice Cream' protein from GNC. It tastes so good! You can use any vanilla flavor protien, but this is the one I used for this recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup peanut butter
  • 14 cup honey
  • 13 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll into 1" balls and store in the fridge.

Yum! These taste just like the store bought pb protein balls that I love. I made a few changes to the recipe, I used chocoalte protein powder instead, added a splash of vanilla extract, and used 2 tablespoons of agave syrup instead of the 1/4 cup of honey, also I rolled the balls in shredded coconut. I loved how easy these were to make. Thanks for the great recipe I will be making these for many years.
