This was a great rainy day activity for my three year-old daughter. She enjoyed mixing it up almost as much as she enjoyed playing with it. There is no confusing this clay with play-doh and I don't foresee that being an issue at all. It was a novelty that this was something we could eat AND play with. Great recipe and a great time. Thanks!

I'm not sure about teaching young kids to eat what they play with. Teach them to prepare, bake and eat peanut butter cookies. Play dough should be just play dough otherwise they'll have no fear to put funny feeling things in their mouth just because it smells like something familiar and tasty.

I have a ball of a time when I make this for my little friends';) They enjoy playing with these and eating 'em, while I enjoy watching them have a ball!
