If you love peanut butter, you'll love this recipe. My mother made this pie in the hot summer time.
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2⁄3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large Cool Whip
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Thaw a short while before serving.
This couldn't be easier to prepare, and the filling is creamy and delicious. Remarkably for a peanut butter filling, it is not overly heavy or rich. Note: the calorie count listed is very low, because the pie crust isn't included in the total. It's worth all the calories, though! Thanks for the recipe.
