ingredients
- 170.09 g package butterscotch chips
- 29.58 ml butter
- 118.29 ml peanut butter
- 118.29 ml chopped nuts
- 157.80 ml flaked coconut
- 354.88 ml colored miniature marshmallows
directions
- Melt together but do not boil: butterscotch chips, butter and peanut butter.
- Cool to warm.
- Add: nuts, coconut and colored miniature marshmallows.
- Put in 8 x 8 buttered pan and cool in refrigerator.

These taste so good and I bet the kids would love them too! I did omit the nuts but everything else I followed as directed. Just make sure you pay attention to step 2! I didn't let mine cool enough, so some of my marshmallows melted a bit. After spreading the mix into my pan, I sprinkled some extra marshmallows on top so it looked extra pretty and not all the marshmallows are drenched in sauce. I'm making these again as part of my Christmas sweet-stuff plate!
