  1. These taste so good and I bet the kids would love them too! I did omit the nuts but everything else I followed as directed. Just make sure you pay attention to step 2! I didn't let mine cool enough, so some of my marshmallows melted a bit. After spreading the mix into my pan, I sprinkled some extra marshmallows on top so it looked extra pretty and not all the marshmallows are drenched in sauce. I'm making these again as part of my Christmas sweet-stuff plate!

  2. Made up this sweet treat to add to my dainty tray. I made a square similar to this in the past but noticed this recipe had nuts and coconut in it. This will be replacing my old recipe. I love this square even better with nuts and coconut. Thanks Darlene!

  4. Yum! This is the one I remember from my childhood. Tripled the recipe and ran out of butterscotch chips, so I added chocolate chips in the mix and it tastes great!

  5. This was exactly what i wanted - that sweet square that someone always brought to church potlucks when i was a little girl - i have five little children of my own now who were all delighted with this soft, delicious dessert - i left out the nuts and coconut and doubled the recipe... yumm!
