A very sweet tasting slice that is extremely simple to make and attractive on a plate.
Make and share this Peanut Butter Marshmallow Square recipe from Food.com.
- Melt together but do not boil: butterscotch chips, butter and peanut butter.
- Cool to warm.
- Add: nuts, coconut and colored miniature marshmallows.
- Put in 8 x 8 buttered pan and cool in refrigerator.
These taste so good and I bet the kids would love them too! I did omit the nuts but everything else I followed as directed. Just make sure you pay attention to step 2! I didn't let mine cool enough, so some of my marshmallows melted a bit. After spreading the mix into my pan, I sprinkled some extra marshmallows on top so it looked extra pretty and not all the marshmallows are drenched in sauce. I'm making these again as part of my Christmas sweet-stuff plate!
Made up this sweet treat to add to my dainty tray. I made a square similar to this in the past but noticed this recipe had nuts and coconut in it. This will be replacing my old recipe. I love this square even better with nuts and coconut. Thanks Darlene!
An irresistible sweet treat, perfect for the holiday tray. So quick, so easy, so good. Made as posted. This is a very attractive dainty and one I know will be enjoyed. Thank you for sharing.
