I had to make some easy quick things for a last minute Boy Scout yard sale/bake sale. I went through my cabinets and found some marshmallows and needed a recipe. I came across this one, had my husband and children try it out before packing for the bake sale and they gave it 5 stars. They said it was very good but REALLY RICH, so get some milk. Thank you for the recipe.

EASY!! Melted with a double boiler the chocolate and peanut butter and folded in the marshmallows (make certain the chocolate and peanut butter is not too hot as it will melt the marshmallows and you want them whole) and poured into a 9x9 butter greased pan. Chilled 2 hours and it was like eating a fluffy chocolate. The ingredient ratio is perfect and these would be perfect with warm milk on a cold night, to put 4-5 in baggies for a bake sale but put into cupcake or candy papers (these things MELT in your hands and need to be kept cool during transport and display), or a sleep over for the chocolate snack. Great for little kids to learn to make a simple chocolate treat.
