      The recipe that I have includes 2 cups of salted peanuts added with the rice krispies. I made these for Christmas with rave reviews.

      I brought these to a pot luck for work and they were gone in a flash!! Everyone loved them and I have to bring the recipe in for several ladies. Thanks for the terrific recipe!

      This was very good but kind of rich! I didn't have peanut butter chips but I had a combo bag of peanut butter and chocolate chips. It gave it a funky taste that I don't recommend so next time I'm sticking with the peanut butter chips! It made a decent amount to share with a group!

      I think i made a mistake in doing the crust part of this recipe but they still turned out awesome. My crust actually baked up like cake it was not crumb like, but we loved it still the same. My husband loved this will definitely be making this again.

      Five VERY ENTHUSIASTIC STARs! Wow! These are incredibly amazing and so very easy to make. I don't normally have a sweet tooth, but these are to die for! The crust was easy and I used my hand mixer to get the cake mix, butter and egg crumbly. I cooked it in my 9X13 Pampered chef rectangular stone which I believe cooks more evenly than corning ware, pyrex or metal pans. For the topping, I melted the butter on low first and then added the CS and vanilla, stirred and then added the PB chips, which melt very quickly. Once done, I poured into a plastic bowl and mixed with cereal. The only problem I had was with the topping and even then it was minor. I followed the recipe to a T and there wasn't enough topping for the entire 9 X 13 pan. I did up a second batch very quickly and spread it on. If you make this, I recco you double the topping because the recipe as is wasn't enough because it is a bit difficult to spread over the marshmallows. I wound up using a knife to blob it on and spread it. Don't pour all the topping over the marshmallows at once, otherwise it will cool and be difficult to spread, sort of like rice Krispie squares. Use a knife and do a little at a time. Don't worry if there are swirls of marshmallows in the topping. It looks really cool! Other than that, it is very quick and easy to make. The last minute 2nd batch of topping was a minute setback for something so wonderfully tasty. Dh gave it two very enthusiastic thumbs up and I will definitely make this again and again! I sent some to work with him on Friday and everyone gobbled them up. Typical cops! So glad I nabbed this one in tag!
