These were good waffles! We ate them with maple syrup rather than the jelly, but the peanut butter flavor was great. Made for Photo Tag.

I ran into some issues with this being a very thick batter - almost a dough before I added more milk - this had to be done before I could fold in the egg whites. After cooking the first couple of waffles, even though they cooked through, I found them to be very heavy, so I added even more milk which helped quite a bit. These have a very strong peanut butter taste, more than I expected or cared for, but which others may really enjoy. Made for PRMRT

I'm not much for PB & jelly, so substituted a strawberry & cherry jam that I'd recently made & that worked out great! Made for a very satisfying breakfast & a nice change of pace for us! Many thanks for sharing the recipe! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]

Being a novice at making waffles, I forgot to spray the wafflemaker with a cooking spray, so they stuck a little(so no photo), but the taste was very nice! I served with some syrup and a dab of strawberry jam. I did halve the recipe easily. Thanks! Made for Newest Zaar Tag.
