    This isn't the PB&J you pack your kids for lunch! I like to use Lite grape juice to feel less guilty. ;) I concocted this for one of my mom friends when I was in bartending school, and it totally went over.

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 1

    Yield:

    highball

    Units: US | Metric

    • 3 ounces grape juice (approx)
    • ½ ounce Frangelico , liquer
    • splash Creme de Cacao (doesn't matter if it's dark or white)
    • 1 ounce absolut currant vodka

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Measure out your alcohol with the counting seconds pouring method, or jiggers.
    2. 2
      Start with the vodka and Frangelico in a highball glass.
    3. 3
      Add a small splash of creme de cacao. (It's ok if you skip this part if you don't have it; it'll come out just as good.).
    4. 4
      Fill with grape juice, and stir slightly.
    5. 5
      This actually does taste good with a PB&J sandwich. :).
