I'm not a big fan of peanut butter and jelly anything, but I thought that my children would really like these. They were easy to make and they enjoyed making their own lunch, but when everything was said and done they didn't really care for them. Thank you for sharing this recipe, but it just wasn't to our tastes.

Made these today for lunch and they were absolutely wonderful! Would not change a thing. Perfect just the way they are!

I think I found a new favorite healthy dessert! I made the recipe pretty much as written with the exception of using whole wheat tortillas and natural peanut butter in mine. Next time I will use splenda, sugar free jam, and cooking spray (instead of butter) to cut the calories.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! I really enjoyed these. The first time I made these I made a half serving for a snack after my workout. I did put in a little more apple. I baked mine in the toaster oven and found that in there 400F was too hot, so if you are planning on baking these in the toaster oven 300 is a better temp. I loved the warm melted jam and peanut butter with the slightly soft cooked apple surrounded by the cripsy tortilla. MMm! I'll definitely be making these regularly! Thanks Tish!!!
