  1. Made a few of these when i was incredibly drunk. DELICIOUS!!!!!

  2. The kids were playing with cars and trucks so I decided to make a batch of these for a snack. I didn't have cheerios so I substituted some chopped up circus peanuts instead. I had some of these in the hall pantry from a few holidays ago and thought the kids would like them. Later the kids went out for some ball tag and requested the sandwiches again when they came in with some friends from the duplexes behind us. I needed to improvise to have enough for everyone so this time I substituted braunsweiger for the peanut butter and jelly and oleo for the honey. The kids liked these so much they tried to feed them to the tile leopard picture I have hanging in the living room. I hope to make them as directed next time if I can get my machine out of the carport to go to the market. Might even try sugaring up a grapefruit with them for a simple breakfast.

  3. This recipe is truly great for football season. My son always gets a sore throat from the cold weather and after a big dose of Juniper Tar, he gobbles up these sandwiches. I have tried substituting the peanut butter with the Juniper Tar for a shortcut but he just doesn't like it as well. We also find he catches the ball better in games after eating these sandwiches. The cheerios just give him an extra inch advantage. I will be recommending these for team dinners next year. Definitely a keeper!

  4. I saw this and thought, wow, something easy, healthy and fun for snack time. The triangles make it interesting for the kids, but my husband just dipped the sandwich in his coffee and ate it. Everyone commented that they loved the flavor, but, let's just say the next day revealed some "issues" with this recipe. Apparently, the fiber in the Cheerios and Banana, along with the fat in the Peanut Butter, just proved a bit too much for my husbands "loose" metabolism. We'll make these again, but probably just when the kids are here with some friends watching Big Blue Marble re-runs. Thanks!

I have a wonderful husband and have three kids. I stay home and need things to do. I started cooking and I loved it. My friend told me about this web site and I had to get on it.I love taking care of my kids, reading, watching sports and other things. I am not home on the weekends for I go to football games so I have to premake the meals.
