  1. Hi Rita~, I tripled the recipe was done in about 2 minutes flat! Smooth as silk texture and a very creamy taste I used sunflower oil and sea salt. This peanut butter compares with anything you could buy in the store. Thanks for posting Rita~!

  3. Since peanut butter is so ridiculosly expensive here this is a must have recipe for me.I used 2 T sunflower oil and it wasn't store smooth, but I like it chunky anyway and I guess,DD will have to learn to eat her PB chunky as well. I used it to make peanut butter cookies and they tasted so peanuty. Thanks for another great recipe.

  4. What a great easy recipe for peanut butter! It works like a charm and the finished product is so peanutty and yummy that I doubt we will ever buy another jar in the store. I used a little less peanuts, cause thats all I had in the house (150 g) and for the oil I used sesame oil, cause I didnt have peanut and its also rather nutty in taste. Cause I wanted to give away the butter to my dad, who likes his peanut butter a little sweeter, I added in 1/2 tbs sugar, which made for a nice addition. I can see this recipe used in many different ways experimenting with flavours and texture. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this great recipe with us, ~Rita~! Made and reviewed for Veggie Swap #21 April 2010.

  5. This turned out great, although the texture wasn't nearly as smooth as the kind at the store. I needed to add about 3 tbsp of oil just to get it to look like peanut butter, but eventually it worked. I also added some honey and it was delicious.
