This recipe can be made 2 weeks ahead. Store in an airtight container and cool dark place.

Directions

  1. Place peanuts on oven tray, bake at 180°C for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.
  2. Process peanuts and half the oil until as smooth as desired.
  3. Add remaining oil if mixture is too dry.
  4. Makes about 1 cup (250ml).
