A good, basic peanut butter fudge with a strong peanut butter flavor. I added a dash of salt since the organic peanut butter and butter I used were unsalted.

Made a couple of batches for the guys at work and let me tell ya, it was awesome. The perfect amount of peanut butter flavor and sooooo creamy! What I had left over (cause I made a lot) I froze. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Yum! I've had the chance to make this peanut butter fudge several times now and cannot comment enough about how great the taste is! I'm still having problems getting the texture to set correctly, because I can't seem to get the inital mixture to 240 degrees. This time, I even tried a higher heat while stirring and still only reached about 220 degrees after more than 10 minutes. I'd love to hear if anyone has any suggestions, because I'd prefer to keep this taste rather than try for a different recipe all together. Regardless, this is delicious! Thank you again for reminding me of this childhood favorite!

Fantastic! I used brown sugar instead of white (I was almost out) and chunky Jiff and it's amazing.

Very good fudge. I made this for a peanut-butter-loving friend, who gave it really high marks. This fudge had great flavor and texture, and was quick and easy to make. Rather than buttering the pan, I just lined it with a big sheet of aluminum foil, so it was quick and simple to lift the fudge out and slice it.

I gave this 5 stars. This is yummy fudge. My family really likes this. I got this copy from my mom. This copy is slightly different. This copy says 3/4 cup or 1 1/2 sticks oleo (margarine), 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup peanut butter, and the rest is the same. The cook time is 6-7 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in remaining ingredients. It says to stir well, and put in a greased pan, use a 9x13. Oblong cake pan works best. Thanks for posting a great recipe!
