Peanut Butter Fudge

Halved this recipe and still ended up with, OMG, 1 1/2 POUNDs, of delicious and decadent fudge. I thank you, but don't think my pants do! Thnx for sharing your recipe, Snowpeas. Made for New Kids on the Block.

  1. In 2 1/2 quart saucepan combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
  2. Bring to a full boil over medium heat stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  3. Continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and marshmallow creme stirring until melted.
  5. Add vanilla and nuts.
  6. Beat until well blended.
  7. Spread into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan.
  8. Cool to room temperature then refrigerate until firm.
  9. Cut into squares.
