A very simple to make desert, it's fast, easy and anyone who likes Peanut Butter will love it

Everyone has raved over this. It is a little soft, so I would keep it in the fridge if you live in a warm climate. It has done fine here at room temp in Northern Virginia.

  1. Pour Peanut Butter into a large microwavable bowl.
  2. Add Butter and microwave for about 3 minutes or just long enough to melt the mixture - DO NOT LET BURN!
  3. When the Butter melts to a liquid blend well with the Peanut Butter.
  4. Slowly add the Confectioners' Sugar and blend well.
  5. Microwave for a bit longer to loosen the mix up if necessary.
  6. Pour mix into a baking pan (1 to 2 inches thick) lined with wax paper (opt.).
  7. Put in the refridgerator for 1 to 2 hours or until a firm texture.
  8. Sprinkle extra Confectioners' Sugar or Chocolate on top if you like.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
  10. When storing separate layers with wax paper.
