Easy to make and good to eat. Sorry I messed this recipe up; I am going to try to fix it.
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons vanilla
- Mix brown and granulated sugars with milk in a large pot. Bring to a boil Stir in the peanut butter; reduce your heat to medium and bring back to a boil stirring constantly.
- When mix forms a ball in a glass of cold water, remove from heat and stir the margarine and the vanilla into the mixture. Stir constantly till fudge begins to harden, always stirring in the same direction.
- Pour into buttered pan and cool. Cut into squares after cooled.
I thought it was great! I saw that you had fixed the recipe and tried it out and it was fast, easy and yummy!
It also doesn't say when to add the milk. I didn't bother to make it
Couldn't really get this one to work at all, since the amount of regular butter isn't listed. I just added a tablespoon, but this didn't work well for me. :( I was disappointed since I was looking for a good PB fudge without marshmallows or sweetened condensed milk. Maybe I'll try it again and modify it!
