we are a gluten free family, and this is one of the best cookie recipes we have had! My cookies came out a little soft, so perhaps needed a few more minutes in the oven. Loved by the children and adults in our family alike!

Here are some notes/tips from the website: To make ground oat flour, place uncooked oats in blender or food processor. Cover and blend about 1 minute. Stop blender occasionally to stir oats. 1-1/4 cups oats will yield about 1 cup ground oats.
