  1. In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk powder and water.
  2. Mix well using a wire whisk.
  3. Blend in peanut butter and Cool Whip Lite.
  4. Stir in bananas and cracker crumbs.
  5. Evenly spoon mixture into 4 dessert dishes.
  6. Refrigerate at least 10 minutes.
