This is a delicious dip that is very healthy and encourages eating fruits and vegetables. You can make this as low-fat no-fat as you'd like.
- Stir all ingredients until well combined.
- Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
- Serve with apples, pears, celery or any kind of fruit or vegetables you can dip. Honey Crisp apples are the best for this time of year.
