This is my son's favorite smoothie recipe. Ever so simple and so loaded with protein. Turns a simple snack into something more satisfying.
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1⁄2 a banana
- 2 teaspoons chocolate, mix drink
- five ice cube
- Put everything in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
My toddler DD devoured this in one foul swoop, wouldn't stop drinking until it was all gone, that's five starts in my book! I used Alpen Blend Hot Choc mix for the chocolate component. Thanks Marz!
