We have a work meeting at 9am tomorrow so to make it fun, we all decided to have a bake-off. I just finished baking 2 dozen of these and obviously had to try one. I'm going to win this bake-off for sure. So cute and delicious. And SIMPLE!!!!!! Even from scratch, it was so quick and easy to make.

I make these every Christmas... I cheat and use the roll of Peanut Butter Cookie dough that seems to only be available around the holidays... people can't get enough of these. I actually bought additional mini muffin tins just to make these treats!!! They are awesome!!!

Delicious and cute, too! Once the kids found them at the church function, they were gone. I did short-cut once due to lack of time and used store bought sugar cookie dough. They were good, but I liked yours better. I plan to play with this recipe. Chocolate chip dough should be delicious! Thanks for this great recipe Roxygirl!

5 stars for how easy these are! They turned out awesome. I drizzled some melted chocolate on top just to "hide" the peanut butter cup. SUPER EASY!!!

I just made these and they are sooooo delicious and look good too. I made them in unlined large muffin tins, i just sprayed the tins and made the balls a little larger. I cooked for about 10-12 min because of the size and they turned out perfect! My kids are gonna love em....if they get home before i eat them all!! Great recipe, thanks!

Would love to tell you how they tasted, but I put them out, turned away for a minute and when I turned back they were gone.

In the process of making these right now. One batch finished, two to go. I didnt have muffin papers so I decided just to spray the pan a little, well I would suggest using the papers, I will next time for sure. A bit time consuming trying to carefully pull them from the pan without breaking them. Had to put them in the freezer to harden them up enough so they wouldnt break.

Great recipe- I've made it a few times now, and I wanted to jazz up the look a little. So, I added orange and yellow reese's pieces. I also crushed those pieces into a dust and sprinked them on top. See the picture- it came out beautifully.

Thank you Roxygirl! Excellent recipe. I followed as is. A tip: Put the peanut butter cups in the freezer about 1 hour before dropping them into the baked cookie dough. They will hold their shape perfectly.
