When I make Candy at Christmas, I use this as the filling for my peanut butter cups.
- 3⁄4 cup creamy peanut butter or 3⁄4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3⁄4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
- Combine all ingredients until blended to a creamy consistency.
A Tip...use the new silicone muffin cups/cupcake liners....you can coat in melted chocolate, chill, fill and top with more chocolate and chill again. Pop them out and package for gift giving. Keep made cups chilled until you give them away or eat them.
Taste very good! But i have to make my own cups for the filling...a little bit messy:)but worth it! Gonna make it again for Hari Raya this year:). Thanks for posting:)
