  • Mix peanut butter and sugar together and then add egg. It will thicken after the egg is added. Take a spoon and scoop up enough to roll into a ball about 1 inch in diameter. place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press all cookies with a fork to make the criss cross design. You oven should be at 350 degrees and cookies should be baked 12 minutes. Cool cookies before removing off of cookie sheet. Taking them off cookie sheet while hot will cause them to crumble. My mother used to put chocolate kisses on top, but my kids and everyone else love them plain. Make sure you have a cold glass of milk to go with them.

  1. Great and easy recipe. I double it and add 2 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. vanilla to the doubled recipe. Yummy!
     
  2. I use this recipe but mine calls for 1 cup sugar instead of 2/3 cup and also 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Very yummy....!!!
     
  3. This is an awesome recipe, easy and cheap but I think there mmight be an error in the nutritional value on the web page. Did I say the cookies are yummy!
