- Mix all ingredients together and drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 300° for 15-18 minutes or at 350° for 8-12 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Variation: you can also add chocolate chips, raisins or even nuts. Use your imagination.

I was really wary about these because of the lack of flour, but they are AWESOME! So chewy and sweet. They definitely are a winner. Just remember to have a glass of milk (soy milk in our case) handy.
Delicious! I doubled the recipe and used one cup of granulated sugar and one cup of brown sugar. I also added a hint of cinnamon.
