Simple and so good!
1 st layer
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
- 3⁄4 cup chocolate chips
- First layer: Melt and blend butter and peanut butter.
- Add vanilla.
- Stir in enough powdered sugar to hold together, about 2 cups.
- Press into 8X8 pan.
- Second layer: Melt and blend butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips.
- Pour over peanut butter mixture.
- Chill at least 3 hours.
You are soooo right, Barb, these little doodads are very yummie!! Can't believe how easy they are to toss together and chill...I did find that the longer they stay in the fridge, the better they taste, ie., 3 or 4 days...Pa 'n I got a few leftovers, and the kids snurfed up the rest!!
