This recipe was given to me about 24 years ago from a very special lady. who touched my life in many ways. It sounds odd. but tastes good.

  1. Season Chicken with seasonings of your choice. Mix egg, peanut butter and milk.
  2. Dip chicken in mixture; place in 9 x 13” pan; pour any leftover sauce over the chicken and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  3. Do not cover chicken.

I'm not going to rate this because I'm not sure if I even followed the recipe correctly as I wasn't sure what "1/2 can of milk" was(and I didn't take the time to contact KimmieOH). I didn't know if it was 1/2 can of evaporated, condensed, or real milk, or if it should actually read 1/2 cup of milk. I decided to try it with 1/2 cup of milk, and that certainly wasn't right. The milk and the egg made a peanut butter flavored custard around the chicken. It wasn't very appetizing. The flavor of the peanut butter with the chicken was okay, but overall, I thought the recipe needed a bit more flavor.
