These are so easy to make! The whole-grain cereal, peanut butter, and raisins make them healthful, too.
- 1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups wheat flakes cereal
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- In a heavy saucepan, stir the peanut butter and the butterscotch bits until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in the cereal and the raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper or parchment lined cookie sheets. Chill and store in refrigerator.
