This is a super fast and easy dessert that I found in an old issue of Taste of Home magazine. This is great if you'd like a dessert after dinner, but don't feel like baking something. You can chop the cashews or leave them whole.
- Blend together the corn syrup and peanut butter in a small bowl.
- Place two scoops of ice cream in each of 4 individual bowls and drizzle the peanut butter/syrup on top.
- Garnish with whole or chopped cashews.
