This recipe won a state food recipe contest and was printed in a best cake recipes in 1992. It is very good, easy to make and the crumb topping is much better than frosting.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. spray 13x9 baking pan.
  3. beat together butter, peanut butter and honey in large bowl until well blended.
  4. blend in eggs and vanilla.
  5. sift together dry ingredents add to peanut butter mixture alternating with buttermilk beating well with each addition.
  6. pour into prepared pan.
  7. combine topping ingredents and crumble over cake batter.
  8. bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center come out clean.
  9. serve warm or room temperature.
