  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Line 13x9x2 inch cake pan with foil,spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In medium bowl,beat peanut butter and butter.
  4. Beat in sugar until well blended.
  5. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  6. Stir in flour,baking powder and salt.
  7. Add peanuts.
  8. Press batter evenly into prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until bar pulls away from sides of pan.
  10. Cool completely on wire rack.
  11. Meanwhile beat frosting ingredients until smooth and fluffy.
  12. Spread over top of cooled bar.
  13. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  14. Cut in to 36 rectangles.
