Peanut Butter & Banana Wrap

I know this isn't much of a recipe. But my kids love these. Roll it up for a great lunch for busy kids! If you use the whole wheat wraps, and natural pb with no added sugar, I figure it's pretty much all they need for a healthy lunch.

  1. Spread the wrap with the peanut butter (use as much as you like, but my kids don't like too much of the pb).
  2. Put the whole banana at one end of the tortilla, and roll up making sure the banana is in there nice and tight.
  3. Cut in half and serve.

I went to a dietician last week and she suggested a recipe just like this for breakfast since I don't eat breakfast everyday. Very quick and delicious!

Excellent idea! I've always tried to spread the PB on the banana, with limited success. Wrapping it in a tortilla is the perfect solution, and you can add things to it if you want, like chocolate, or apple slices...
