Two stars for simple! I could only get through half of the glass. Too much peanut butter. Tried to pawn it off on my husband but he took one drink and said, "No, thank you!"
Finally! A thick, delicious smoothie with only three ingredients! My food critic 10 year old daughter LOVED it.
Very good, quick and easy to make! I like peanut butter so well, that I used 3 tablespoons. Yum!!

I made this terrific drink as a late night snack with fat free milk and low fat creamy peanut butter which reduced the fat content to 2 1/2 grams per serving. I also added 1 tsp of cinnamon. Life is good when we can enjoy treats like this. Thanks for posting.
Thick and yummy! Kids enjoy this to the fullest and do complete justice to it:-)
