This is my favorite breakfast smoothie to get me going in the morning and keep me full for several hours!
- 226.79 g chocolate soymilk (low fat chocolate milk can be used also)
- 1 frozen banana
- 14.79-29.58 ml peanut butter
- 6-8 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in blender and spin until smooth. Keep some extra milk close by increase ingredients get too thick to blend evenly.
