This is my favorite breakfast smoothie to get me going in the morning and keep me full for several hours!
- 8 ounces chocolate soymilk (low fat chocolate milk can be used also)
- 1⁄2 frozen banana
- 1 -2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 6 -8 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in blender and spin until smooth. Keep some extra milk close by increase ingredients get too thick to blend evenly.
