  • 15 ounces sugar-free peanut butter
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 4 cups fat-free half-and-half
  • 23 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut extract (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together, freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
