This can be a morning starter or a late night munchie. It's a great low sugar alternative to ice cream. My mother taught me this because I've never been one for traditional American breakfasts.
- 1 banana, frozen
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (natural honey roasted is great!)
- 1⁄2 cup milk (more or less to desired thickness)
- Cut up banana with a fork or knife. Add peanut butter and milk. It is helpful to let the banana thaw a little (a minute) once you pour on the milk. This will make it easier to work everything together with your fork.
