Peanut Butter Banana Cookies

"These cookies come out moist and chewy, and are very nice! if you like peanut butter and banana togother you will love these cookies!!"

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 3⁄4 cup smooth peanut butter
• 1 banana, peeled and sliced
• 1 3⁄4 cups flour
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 tablespoons milk

directions

1. .In a large mixing bowl combine, banana,Both sugar, peanut butter and egg. Mix well.
2. Add flour and remianing ingredients. mix well using medium speed.
3. Preheat oven 350.
4. Drop spoonfulls of mixture on a ungreased cookie sheet, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

These cookies are absolutely delicious! Next time I make them, I'll add more flour so that they have a similar texture to normal peanut butter cookies, but they're fantastic! I rolled the second batch and did the criss cross with the fork on top.
