My morning pick me up
- In blender, process all ingredients leaving out the ice cubes.
- Add ice cubes one at a time, blend.
By using frozen bananas in my smoothies, I keep the flavor and don't have random chunks of melting ice in my drink. (Note: Make sure you peel the bananas before freezing them.)
This looked really good. I followed the directions except for the soy milk. Only had 1 percent milk. It was just okay, I think if there were more ice cubes and the drink was colder it might have tasted better.
