  1. crush graham crackers into crumbs and put into a small bowl.
  2. mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and shape into 1" balls.
  3. roll into the graham cracker crumbs, coating well.
  4. put on an ungreased cookie sheet and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
