    Ingredients:

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Mix all ingredients except choclate chip, together.
    2. 2
      Roll into balls using about 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture.
    3. 3
      Melt chocolate chip in a double boiler over low heat ( I often add a little parafin wax to the chocolate ).
    4. 4
      Dip each ball into the chocolate covering completely.
    5. 5
      Place on waxed paper.
    6. 6
      Chill for several hours.
    7. 7
      Prep time includes chilling time.
