I'm on an oatmeal and peanut butter fix right now, and this hits the spot. I love how the peanut butter gets all melty. You can also add milk if you want your oatmeal thinner.
- Microwave oatmeal and water on high for 1 minute 45 seconds.
- Add peanut butter and raisins and stir in.
Oh my! I created this same thing, before I even read your recipe, and I eat it all the time! I usually use more rasins, though. It is SO YUMMY!
Yummy and filling oatmeal! I added 1/2 teaspoon of honey to enhance the flavour of my natural style peanut butter, but otherwise made as written. I will make this again, peanut lover that I am :) Thanks for sharing!
