Great for after school, it's really quick to make and filling enough to hold the kids until dinner.
Make and share this Peanut Butter and Jelly Pinwheels recipe from Food.com.
- 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 teaspoons jelly
- 1⁄2 cup granola cereal
- Spread peanut butter over each tortilla; next spread with jelly and sprinkle with granola. Roll up; cut into slices. Serve immediately.
I thought this was a cute idea and made it for my 19 mo. old grandson. While it tasted fine, it was far too messy for him. He is one of those toddlers who likes clean hands and his focus stayed on wiping them off instead of eating. I didn't measure so may have overdone it with the fillings. Thanks looneytunesfan for sharing the idea!
