i found this on the keebler site and was drawn to it for its simplicity. i have not made it yet ...
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 graham cracker crust
- strawberry preserves
- cream together first 3 ingredients and pour into the prepared crust.
- chill for at least 4 hours.
- spread preserves on top of pie.
Yes, I agree anme, this is pretty rich. Not sure if that was why we didn't enjoy it as much, but for whatever reason, it just wasn't what we were expecting. A bite size version sound interesting. Like maybe using a mini muffin pan? Might try that sometime.
I thought this looked neat so I scaled this down a ton and made it in a mini crust. Over all it was okay, but just waaaay too rich for me I think. Maybe mixing some cool whip with the cream cheese mixture to kinda tame it down might be good. Over all a great little pie!
