Yum, really tasty oatmeal! I used Craisins in place of the raisins (not a raisin fan), and I topped this with a big dollop of mango jam. Loved the flavors together, and this was the perfect consistency too (not watery, not gloppy). Definitely a breakfast keeper, thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall '12

After seeing the photto of this on PAC I knew I had to try it. DH loves PB n J and in a healthy oatmeal dish it made for a filling breakfast with flavors he didn't expect. I used chunky PB and my homemade mixed berry jam and it was delicious. What a wonderful cool weather start to the day.

Delicious oatmeal! The peanut butter is great of course but the addition of the raisins, brown sugar, and especially the cinnamon was just terrific. I topped mine with raspberry preserves and it was really good. Sweet enough but not overly so, this was a filling and comforting breakfast on a chilly morning - thanks for sharing the recipe! What a great way to start the day! We loved this. I used a little less sugar and may use a few less raisins next time. This is a terrific recipe and look forward to making this again. Thanks for posting.

This is a great twist on my usual breakfast. I omitted the raisins and instead of jam, I topped my oatmeal with cooked blueberries...so tasty! Thanks for posting!

Tasty oatmeal! I halved the cinnamon, doubled the peanut butter, and used my favorite jam - Mountain Fruit Company's raspberry tart. I added dried cherries instead of the raisins to it, and it all complemented very well. I am updating my review, since I make this so often, and love it so much. I have also tried it with almond butter too; it is sensational that way as well.

This was a great favorite that takes no time to make. The raisins and cinnamon were a nice extra touch to the peanut butter and jelly. I used a seedless raspberry all-fruit spread, which was perfect. Thanks for sharing this clever idea! Made for Spring PAC 2013.
