Very good tasting with good texture as well! My entire family said,"This deserves a 5", with the exception of my hubby of course. He took an outside edge that was a little more crunchy, and with no teeth had a few problems! LOL

My wife is the peanut butter lover in the family. I made these for a church fellowship and she ate almost a quarter of them. Going on her rating (I don't like peanut butter) this is a 5. Oh and they are real easy to make. Thanks for a new recipe.

Easy to make, and the kids really enjoyed the peanut butter and jam flavours. Serve with cold milk or coffee for afternoon tea. Thanks Whisper.

These were very good. I used creamy PB, as the only chunky kind I had was reduced-fat & I was afraid it'd change the texture. Otherwise, I followed as written & used grape jelly. These are pretty dense, so have that glass of milk on hand!!! I also had one a couple of days for breakfast with coffee ;) Thanks!!

Oh yumm!! These were very easy to prepare, and they turned out beautifully. I only ate one, since they were earmarked for coffee hour at church today, but I could have eaten a lot more. I'll be making these again.

Good taste and easy to make. I think the oven temperature is a littel high - I will lower it to 350 if I make these again. The bottom of the bars (around the edges of the pan) got burnt; I couldn't tell when I looked at the bars, but when I cut them, you could see it. I lower oven temperature may help make them a bit more moist.
