Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 12 cup honey
  • 2 cups dry raw oatmeal
  • 5 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 cup skim milk

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, press into a pan, and let set in the freezer. Once solid, cut them into individual bars.
  2. Keep refrigerated between consumption.
